Immunisation Register for Early Childhood Services and Primary SchoolsHealth (Immunisation) Regulations 1995 requires every early childhood service and primary school maintains an Immunisation Register. This is a tool that can be accessed quickly by public health staff to determine if there are vulnerable contacts in your service or school to prevent the spread of a disease.
